The Klingon Empire on TOS TrekMUSE is a vibrant community of people from all backgrounds and geographic locations, who gather together to share in a common interest - that of Role Playing one of the foremost alien races in Star Trek.

The Klingons are a jovial race, who live for honor as well as life itself. This attitude is reflected not only in the Role Play RP but also the Out Of Character -- OOC -- behaviour of TOS' Klingons. While fiercely prideful, they maintain an open, friendly outlook towards life and each other. Friendships, both In Character -- IC -- and OOC, flourish throughout the Empire, bypassing rank and duty.

The Klingon Empire is overseen by K'tohk, the Director and Emperor, and a group of six Admin who handle the general operation of the Empire and fulfill various IC positions. The current Admins for the Klingon Empire are Morg, Kavok, qormaQ, qelIa, and qe'vIn.

Players in the Klingon Empire are asked to be on for at least five hours a week to remain in active status. While this is not heavily enforced, most players are on for at least twenty hours a week. Group Role Play is most popular in the evenings, and can last for several hours at a stretch. There are few mandatory RPs; rather, players are very instrumental in putting their own RPs together. This generally leads to more enjoyable times for the players, but also gives each one responsibility.

The Klingon Empire is an active force in TOS TrekMUSE, and current projects will ensure that the Empire's presence is felt even more strongly throughout the MUSE. As well, the Admin continue to make every effort to tailor the Empire for the players, making it especially enjoyable to play in the Klingon Empire.
