When Fvillha Velvok tr'Vaebn learned of Commander Aidoann's surprise capture of the Klingon Chancellor Kor, he knew that nothing good could come of it.  He immediately flew to the Starbase ChH Rokhelh'Ael and set about arranging the release of Kor.

He did not count on Klingon mentality, however.  Watch as Velvok attempts to diffuse tensions between these two empires and stop an imminent conflict....
